As part of its effort to promote reading culture in Nigeria, Augustine University, Ilara-Epe on Monday, 21st August, 2023 donated 61 books to the pupils of R.C.M Primary School, Mojoda, Epe, Lagos State.

In a remark by the University Librarian, Mr. H. A. Oshilalu stated that the books were donated to inculcate reading culture in the pupils, adding that the gesture was part of the University’s commitment to share knowledge, expertise and resources to aid learning abilities.

While thanking the Augustine University Management, the Head Teacher of the school expressed her excitement about the donation, noting that the books will greatly assist the pupils.

She stated that the books donated would ensure the pupils have access to a wider selection of books in their library to inspire their love for reading.
