The 2017/2018 Academic Session at Augustine University, Ilara (AUI) kicked-off with the annual Staff Orientation Workshop which was held from the 26^th to the 29^th of September, 2017. This annual event is geared towards the re-orientation of the members of Staff of the University, both Academic and Non-Academic.

The Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Steven OlaOluwa Afolami in his opening address stated that the aim of the exercise is to bring everyone up to speed on the duties and functions of the different departments and units of the University. He also urged all Staff to use the period to express themselves dispassionately on any issue that borders on the management of the institution, welfare and others as they deem necessary.
